Here’s the list of tasks that we need volunteers for. A volunteer only does a task for one year. If no one takes over your task the following year, it reverts to a board member.
1. Enter changes into the homeowner’s roster when they are sent to you.
2. Greet any new neighbor on 130th Dr and get their phone number and email. Give this information to the person in charge of updating the roster.
3. Greet any new neighbor on 131st and/or Comanche Ct. and get their phone number and email. Give this information to the person in charge of updating the roster.
4. Walk around the common areas and common path from time to time throughout the year and report any maintenance needs to the Board.
5. Call homeowners to verify that the info that we have on the roster is correct. This task will be split among 6 people so that you would only need to contact 10 homes.
6. Do a homeowner review of the books. This takes 30 minutes to an hour at most.
